HERConnect Mental Health Workshop — “Dismantling Myths: Mental Health in the Black Community”

Join HERConnect for a safe, confidential and community-centered workshop led by Ekene Balogun. This session explores how social norms and misconceptions affect mental health in Black communities and offers practical tools to support emotional wellbeing.
